An Intro to Human Design | Gate 1 | Shadow Work & Upcoming Transits

On the 5th, the Sun moved into Gate 1, the Gate of Self-Expression. Venus moved into Gate 1 on the 2nd, and Mercury entered Gate 1 on the 6th.

This gate asks us to consider our relationship to our unique creative voice and how we experience authentic inspiration.

In honor of these current transits, here are some Shadow Work Journal prompts tailored to excavating your relationship to this gate's energy across the six lines. Zero in on your placement, or explore whichever ones speak to you, as we're all experiencing all of the variations of the energy of gate 1 through each of the lines over the course of the coming transits of the Sun, Mercury, & Venus.
